This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs when you are entitled to return a product you purchased from us (“Product”). This Policy forms part of the Terms of Supply and Services and unless otherwise indicated, applies when you change your mind regarding your purchase only.


This Policy is subject to the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).  We give the guarantees to the extent required by the ACL with respect to our Products. If you are a “consumer” under the ACL, the following notice applies to you in relation to the Products.

“Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”


You have 60 days to return the Products for a full refund or exchange in accordance with this Policy. If we have not received the Products within 60 days from the date on your proof of purchase, unfortunately you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your returned Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returned Products are subject to our inspection.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You must adequately package any Product you are returning to ensure that it is not damaged during delivery to us. All risks to the Products will remain as your responsibility.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


If your return of Products is approved, we will generally process a refund for you. We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We will process your refund by crediting your original method of payment, such as credit card within a reasonable period.


If you haven’t received a refund after you’ve been notified by us that your refund is processed, please first check with your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 


Sale items are not eligible for change of mind refunds. However, to the extent the ACL applies, you may be entitled to a refund, in which case, only the (discounted) price you paid for the Products shall be refundable.


You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return of Products. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, handle and disclose personal information.
